Go into the WiFi Alarm page and tap on the sensor you want to change the zone. Tap on “Zone“ and select „Delay Zone“. Then back to the WiFi Alarm page.
Tap on the hamburger icon in the top right corner to open up the settings of your Chuango WiFi Alarm OV-300/LTE-400.
Select “Delay Settings” to set your desired exit or entry delay time.
For example, you can set 20s delay time for exit delay so that you will not trigger the alarm when you get out of the door in 20s.
*Please don't forget to set DWC-102 which are on the door in the delay zone.
