It shows that the DreamCatcher Life app cannot join the network of the device.
Please try resetting your Chuango Robot Vacuum RV-500 first. It is recommended to turn off the cellular data of your phone and make sure that your phone is connected with a Wi-Fi network. Place your Chuango Robot Vacuum RV-500 close to the router.
Press and hold both buttons simultaneously on the front of Chuango Vacuum Cleaner for 3 seconds until you hear two short beeps. The Wi-Fi indicator will flash quickly.
*Note: If you still cannot find “Robot Vacuum RV-500” on the Wi-Fi list after resetting the device, you could restart your phone and try the configuration again.
