1. Make sure that the charging dock is placed on a flat surface and agains the wall.
2. Make sure that the charging dock is placed in an open and uncluttered area.
3. Make sure the rest wire is put into the trunk at the bottom of charging dock.
4. Clean the charging contacts of the dock and the robot if there is any dust on it. It is recommended to clean the charging contacts every month.
