You probably saw an SOS Button on your Remote Control and an SOS icon on the home page of your DreamCatcher Life App.
The SOS button offers you a way to request immediate help in an emergency.
By activating SOS, your alarm system will generate a loud, piercing siren sound, and the indicator light flashes in red.
If this was activated by pressing the button on the remote, authorized App users shall get push notifications and an App screen like this.
Tap on the “Disarm” icon or swipe left to deactivate the SOS state.
You should select an appropriate alarm mode afterward.
