The maximum distance between the Hub and the detector can reach up to 80 meters in open spaces. Walls, ceilings, columns, beams and other objects between Hub and the detector can weaken the radio range. Therefore, we suggest to use the Test Mode in the DreamCatcher Life app after installation to confirm that the hub can successfully receive the signal from wireless detectors.

In the test mode, you will see the signal strength of the connected detectors. If the signal is too weak, it is recommended to purchase a signal repeater RT-101 to extend the range.
