My Chuango Robot Vacuum RV-500 makes abnormal noise during cleaning. What should I do?

Make sure if the main brush, the side brush, or driving wheels is/ are tangled with foreign objects. 

If so, please remove the foreign objects. After that the device should return to its normal application.
