Please check the following points:
1. Whether the suction strength is set as [quiet] or [standard];
2. Whether the length of the carpet hair is more than 2cm. Only when the length of the carpet hair exceeds 2cm, the robot vacuum cleaner will turn on the carpet boost mode.
3. The main brush has been used for a long time or worn out, so that the robot vacuum cleaner cannot recognize the carpet. Please replace a new main brush.
